As a Home Health Aide, you will provide support and assistance to patients in their homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Helping patients with medication reminders and management
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4-6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
