Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a CAM SharePoint Lead / Knowledge Manager on behalf of our client in the United States . This professional will lead SharePoint administration and knowledge management initiatives, ensuring critical documentation, lessons learned, training resources, and operational content are organized, secure, accessible, and effectively governed. The ideal candidate combines strong SharePoint Online expertise with knowledge management, technical writing, and Microsoft 365 skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, administration, and governance of SharePoint Online environments.
  • Establish effective information architecture, taxonomy, navigation, permissions, and document version-control practices.
  • Implement role-based access and appropriate data security controls.
  • Manage centralized repositories for lessons learned, SOPs, job aids, training materials, and reference documentation.
  • Develop and enforce content lifecycle standards, including review schedules, approval workflows, retention, and archival processes.
  • Support user onboarding and provide guidance on SharePoint functionality, collaboration, and knowledge management practices.
  • Monitor SharePoint usage and analytics to identify opportunities for improving content organization and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate, current, and easily accessible knowledge resources.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to streamline collaboration, workflows, and knowledge-sharing processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive professional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration experience, including governance, permissions, and content management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing and maintaining structured knowledge repositories and content governance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or a SharePoint-related certification.
  • Experience supporting federal or government programs.
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing lessons-learned programs, SOPs, job aids, training materials, or similar knowledge resources.
