FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Schedule: Onsite at least 3 days per week

Summary
Develops, coordinates, and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods to support quality, cost, efficiency, reliability, and production objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, assembly methods, and equipment.
• Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and recommend design or process changes.
• Design tooling and develop manufacturing standards to support production requirements.
• Analyze products and processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues and coordinate solutions to improve product reliability and performance.
• Represent Manufacturing Engineering on cross-functional and Design Build Teams.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, standards, and related engineering requirements.
• Serve as a Manufacturing Engineering MRB signatory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience , or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, engineering drawings, and production methods.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures, safety requirements, and manufacturing documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, customer requirements, and meeting project commitments.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, with close and color vision required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in office and manufacturing environments where hearing and eye protection may be required.
