Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing ingredients and cooking meals to perfection.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.
- Station Maintenance: Take responsibility for the upkeep and cleanliness of your assigned station.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Schedule
Part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends as needed.
