Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is currently hiring a Concrete Superintendent for structural concrete in the Austin area. The Concrete Superintendent is a leader whose primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day field construction of a project or multiple projects. To ensure completion of the work on schedule, within budget, safely and in a quality manner. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent with a focus on concrete structures to include: bridges, box culverts, wet well and pumpstation work, sidewalks, headwalls, and cast in place retaining walls. This position offers a bonus plan, relocation assistance, vehicle allowance + fuel card + toll tag.

Responsibilities include attending all required pre job meetings, reviewing the scope of each project with the Project Manager and Area Manager, setting up job site, coordinating all subcontractor operations, managing the local union relationship, supervising all on site employees for assigned projects, and ensuring that all work is completed according to the specifications for the project.

Qualifications include a minimum GED or high school diploma, minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil construction superintendent with a focus on concrete structures, and computer skills. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include taking reasonable care of your own and others health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward cash's zero injury principles.
