Job Description

For this position, we are hiring driver/monitor teams. The monitor rides in the back with the students to ensure they are safe and comfortable—no special qualifications are required. The ideal setup is for the driver to team up with someone they know, like a household member, neighbor, or friend."

Perfect for gig workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, and anyone looking to earn extra cash!

We need part-time drivers to transport special needs students safely to and from school, and to some before and after-school activities. This is a great side gig for extra income - NO CDL REQUIRED!

Overview

Driver. Earn $440 – $890 per week (based on route, distance & performance)
Monitor: Earn $200/week minimum
Part-time hours: 6-9 AM & 1-4 PM or 3-6 PM (Monday–Friday), great for retirees, parents & gig workers
Use your own 4-door vehicle (2014 or newer, registered & insured)
1099 contractor role – extra income opportunity
No CDL needed – just a valid driver’s license & clean record
Pass a background check & drug test
Complete a quick online training (fully remote)
Must be 21+ & eligible to work in the U.S.
All documents must be from the state where you’ll drive

Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school, as well as to some before and after school activities on time.
Provide excellent customer service to students and parents during transportation.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.
Communicate effectively with area manager and dispatch regarding any transportation-related issues.
