Oversee all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Inspire & Develop High-Performing Teams. What You’ll Bring: Store Manager Experience. This role requires on-site work Sephora Store Availability. This role requires availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment. You must be able to handle and apply products to clients—with or without accommodation.
