Experienced babysitter needed for a family in Poughkeepsie, NY.

I have two kids, ages 12 and 15 (seventh and eleventh grade), and sometimes I need to work late in the city. While the 15 year old is mostly self-sufficient, the younger one needs help getting his homework done and going to bed on time. Effort-wise, it's not too intense, but it helps a lot to have a supervisor handy! (For reference, I need at least 2 nights this week and 2-3 next week, but then hopefully not many nights in Nov. I'm flexible on timing. 5-6pm to 10-11pm? I'm looking to build a long term relationship for the school year, since there's usually one or two nights a month like this!)
