Assembler Job Summary:


As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality products by assembling wall panels, roof and floor trusses, and millwork products like doors and windows. Duties include reading blueprints and schematics, cutting wood and parts, and using hand and power tools to assemble parts. This position offers comprehensive paid, on-the-job training, different shift options, and competitive pay.

Assembler Duties:

• Assemble wall panels, roof and floor trusses, or millwork products like doors and windows
• Read and interpret set-up sheets, work orders, drawings, or blueprints
• Use hand and power tools including hammers, screw drivers, wrenches, ratchets, drills, saws, and other equipment to assemble parts
• Manage work efficiently to meet production goals
• Operate forklift to move materials and products as needed
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings

Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must supply own tools (hammer, socket wrench, and tool belt)
• Basic math skills (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
