Benefits A culture that elevates your voice and values your expertise, where it truly matters Industry-leading benefits and whole-person support Tailored, hands‑on training that meets you where you are in your journey Mentorship and opportunities for long‑term meaningful career advancement Additional Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and credentials Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis Monthly wellness stipend Holiday pay Opportunity to expand network Free counseling services and resources for emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing Responsibilities Perform sonographic procedures Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history Create reports to assist the physician with documentation Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule‑out patient/fetus anomalies Communicate sonographic findings to physician Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs Other duties assigned by managers Qualifications Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty 1+ years OB/GYN sonography experience Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to specialty Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future Bonus Points Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE) Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS: Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
