Why Drive for Redbone Trucking?

Redbone Trucking was founded by a driver back in 2005, and it's still run that way today - most of our office staff hold an active CDL of their own. We know what it takes to get the job done out there, and we're committed to making every driver feel like a valued part of a purpose-driven team.

If you're looking for a company that gets it, understands the road, and respects the work you put in, Redbone Trucking is worth a serious look.

CDL-A Company Driver Overview

Pay that adds up. Top drivers earn up to $95,000 per year* running consistent miles on single-trailer freight.
Home time on your terms. Enjoy flexible home time and request loads that get you back home when you want it - no rigid schedule dictating your life.
Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch freight with 50-60% drop & hook loads, cutting dock time and keeping your week productive.
Modern trucks built for the road. Drive 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia models, fully spec'd for safety and comfort.

Coverage that backs you up. Health and dental plan options, plus a 401(k) with a 4% company match and paid time off.
Maintenance without the wait. Our in-house diesel shop keeps repairs fast, so you're back on the road sooner.
Perks that make it personal. Free merch, monthly giveaways, a company gym, and pet and rider policies for the road.
