Role Overview

You’ll handle both routine respiratory care and high-acuity situations, working across ER, ICU, and acute care settings. The role emphasizes hands-on ventilation management and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment
• • Evaluate respiratory status, breath sounds, and airway function
• Therapy Delivery
• • Oxygen therapy, aerosols, airway clearance, etc.
• Ventilation Management
• • Assist with intubation
  • Manage invasive & noninvasive ventilation
• Team Collaboration
• • Educate patients/families
  • Work closely with physicians and nurses
  • Support neonatal stabilization during deliveries
• Equipment & Safety
• • Maintain respiratory equipment
  • Ensure infection control compliance
  • Transport ventilated patients safely

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP – State license)
• Associate degree / certificate accepted
• New grads considered
• Onsite interview required

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $32.95 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on Bonus: ~$1,500 (case-by-case)
