Job Description

Graceland University is looking for a Financial Advisor on the Lamoni Campus.

Main duties include but not limited to:

• Assist students with completing or questions concerning FAFSA
• Package new and returning students with financial aid after receiving FAFSA
• Council students and families regarding aid and balance
• Review of student accounts and follow up with students
• Review all billing, aid and other fee postings
• Request credit balance refund checks
• Certify Private Loans
• Process student payments
• 3rd party billing
• Figure and set up payment plans
