Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) – Albuquerque, NM Company: Finni South New Mexico, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-time Location: In-person – Albuquerque, NM Pay: $86,000 per year Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days of successful employment for employees in good standing About the Role: As a BCBA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health Schedule: Full-Time Setting: In-home, clinic, school Qualifications: Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Bilingual a plus!
