Shift Lead

The role of the Shift Lead is to perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when not filling in or assisting the Practice Manager or Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital. This position works with the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff (COS) to ensure effective communication with all clients and internal stakeholders and colleagues. The pay range for this role is $21.27 - $27.18 Hourly The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate’s experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.
