Join us to find not only a career but a calling.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetrationCreate, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority marketsGo in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnershipsDesign strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channelsDeepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnershipsAttend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference callSynthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategiesWork closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goalsRequirementsMust be based in McAllen, TXMust be fluent in EnglishYou have 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plusExperience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plusAbility to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partnersAbility to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnelStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative styleStrong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environmentExperience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plusBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Read more about our benefits here.Additional InformationThe total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $89,000 and $104,000.
