Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Minimum salary: $16.00‑$21.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus up to $300. Summer bonus available. Maintain store cleanliness standards. Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction. Complete duties assigned by management. Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, damage, or emergencies. Report any equipment or facility conditions requiring repair or creating hazards.
