Role Overview
Share firsthand experience managing finances between Brazil and the United States to help evaluate financial products, services, and customer experiences for an AI evaluation and market research project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights drawn from your personal cross-border financial experience.
- Help assess financial products, services, and user experiences relevant to Brazil and the United States.
Qualifications
- Reside in Brazil or the United States.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be a high-net-worth or premium banking customer with significant income and/or investable assets.
- Be currently employed full-time, part-time, or self-employed.
- Regularly manage financial activities between Brazil and the United States, rather than doing so only occasionally.
- Actively use and be familiar with premium cross-border banking or financial services.
- Be likely to continue using international financial products and services.
- Have ongoing experience managing finances across both countries, supporting family members or dependents across borders, maintaining investments, banking relationships, or property in both countries, or working in one country while maintaining active financial obligations in the other.
Relevant Product Experience
- Brazilian and/or U.S. banking services.
- International money transfer, remittance, or foreign exchange services.
- Investment accounts in Brazil and/or the United States.
- International credit cards.
- U.S. mortgage or real estate financing.
- Cross-border financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals.
- Digital wallets or fintech platforms used for international financial management.
Eligibility
- You and your immediate family members must not be employed in advertising, public relations, marketing, or market research.
Work Terms
- Remote, project-based, one-time engagement.
- Flexible hours.
Compensation
$210 for the one-time engagement.
