When you join Lithko Contracting, you're building your career alongside leaders in concrete construction.

We apply our expertise across a range of industries, from industrial and manufacturing facilities to healthcare, educational institutions, chip plants, and data centers. Annually, you'll contribute to placing over 100 million square feet of concrete, helping the company generate over $1.7 billion in revenue.

With a nationwide presence in over 25 locations and more than 5,000 coworkers, you'll find endless opportunities to develop your skills, grow your career, and build beyond expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple crews, travel between jobs, and complete place-finish concrete work across various projects.

Develop and execute a project plan for the assigned phase of work.

Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities within the phase of work.

Prepare the team to execute tasks through a well-defined planning process.

Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.

Utilize and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.

Ensure project execution goals are achieved for the assigned phase of work.

Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experienced concrete finisher/craftsman with extensive experience in concrete placing/finishing.

Proficient in running all concrete machines and equipment, with the ability to train others effectively.

Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.

Extensive experience with concrete in a variety of place/finish project types, including site work, paving, finishes, and slabs.

In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.

Proven leadership experience in the field, with the ability to drive results.

Willingness to self-perform work when necessary.

Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We encourage qualified women, veterans, individuals with disabilities, people of all races and ethnicities, and others to apply.
