Construction Cleaners

We are currently seeking a Construction Cleaners to prepare newly built or renovated homes for final delivery and homeowner move-in. This role focuses on detailed cleaning, debris removal, and final preparation of residential properties after construction is completed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in newly built homes and residential construction environments.

Responsibilities

Perform final cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled homes

Remove construction dust, debris, packaging, and leftover materials

Clean floors, baseboards, windows, cabinets, countertops, and appliances

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces throughout the home

Clean interior glass, mirrors, and fixtures

Prepare homes for final walkthroughs and homeowner move-ins

Ensure homes meet high cleanliness standards for client turnover

Assist with light tasks such as removing stickers, protective coverings, and paint overspray

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Report any damages or issues found during cleaning
