Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist - Andover, MA Our client, a well-established organization within the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a Billing Specialist to support billing operations, payment processing, and customer account management. This role focuses on ensuring accurate account transactions, responding to billing-related inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to internal teams and customers. Responsibilities Process billing-related transactions and maintain accurate account records Review and update customer account information within internal systems Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding billing matters Support payment processing and reconciliation activities Monitor account activity and perform research to resolve discrepancies Maintain documentation and ensure records are organized and up to date Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to departmental initiatives Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications 6+ months of billing experience required Customer service experience required Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with ADP, BambooHR, or similar systems preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
