Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a hospital setting located in California. This role involves delivering high-quality, coordinated nursing care to patients in the emergency department. The ER Nurse supervises and directs nursing staff, collaborates with healthcare team members, and provides patient education and discharge planning in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - preferred; ER or emergency care experience - preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience specifically in emergency room or trauma nursing.
• Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring safety and effective communication within the team. Participation in discharge planning and delegation of duties are key components of the role. The position is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and conclude on 01/10/2027.
