Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on medication administration during evening shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses
• Execute vital sign monitoring and patient assessments efficiently
• Support patient and family education to promote understanding and compliance

Qualifications:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse diploma or state-approved nursing program completion
• Valid LVN license in Texas
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years LTC, acute, or corrections nursing experience
• Prior experience with heavy medication passes
• Ability to work evenings from 4 PM to 12 AM
• Strong attention to medication administration protocols
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• IV certification
• Experience at a State Hospital or State Supported Living Center (preferred for priority)
