About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Administration with a strong commitment to the values of hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the licensed departments, including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, to ensure the highest quality of service and resident satisfaction. This role involves managing a budget, maintaining all necessary licenses, and promoting resident rights and dignity. The Executive Director will also be involved in staff management, including hiring, training, and maintaining a high standard of staff performance, as well as being an active part of the community in social and civic affairs. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare or business administration, and a minimum of 2-5 years' of experience in a similar role within sub-acute or long-term care. A background in gerontology and/or hospitality is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a Registered Nurse (RN) certification, acceptable fluency in English, and a strong ability to lead and create an environment of pride and quality. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining a safe working environment, dealing with resident and family issues, and staying informed about industry competitors. A professional demeanor, adherence to policies and procedures, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
