Server (Full-Service Restaurant + Bar)
Alpha Pitt Smokers – Yorktown, VA

Alpha Pitt Smokers is looking for energetic, reliable servers to join our team. We’re a fast-paced BBQ restaurant with a full bar and a focus on great food and genuine hospitality.

If you can stay organized, move with urgency, and take care of guests the right way, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Do

Provide attentive, friendly service to every guest
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
Run food, check back, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
Handle cash and card transactions correctly
Maintain clean, organized sections and complete side work
Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
Help support team members during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to handle high-volume shifts without losing composure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Availability for nights and weekends
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
