Salesforce Architect

Immediate need for a talented Salesforce Technical Architect . This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX or Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) . Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL , platform events, and Salesforce platform internals
• Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
• Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance
• Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines , and multi-org DevOps tooling
• Salesforce Architect certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (required); Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• Integration Architecture Designer and Data Architecture Designer certifications strongly preferred
• Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with working knowledge of NERC compliance and audit requirements
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce , and Field Service Lightning
• Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin , or similar Agentic AI coding and delivery platforms
• Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur , or enterprise content management systems
• Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models and vendor governance
• MuleSoft Certified Architect or Integration Professional certification
• Familiarity with GIS/ESRI integrations or geospatial data platforms in a utility context
