This position is responsible for the accuracy, timely reporting and integrity of laboratory results.* Full-time nights, 5:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday* Has working knowledge of and performs testing in accordance with laboratory's policy, procedures and regulatory standards.* Successful performance in laboratory's external proficiency program.* Organizes and prioritizes multiple technical tasks with maximum efficiency and minimal waste.* Reports laboratory results in the Hospital LIS/EMR, as ordered by providers.* Reviews and approves quality control results to affirm validity of patient results.* Maintains instrumentation and confirms acceptable performance.* Uses education and experience to identify and resolve technical, instrumental and physiological issues that interfere with accurate testing.* Works collaboratively with Manager and Medical Laboratory Scientists and recognizes scenarios that require assistance.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearMedical Laboratory Technician (ASCP) - American Society for Clinical PathologyAssociate Degree# **Job Details**Full TimeNight (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
