Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout project execution. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust. Support the development of best practices to improve future project performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have: a strong background in construction and project management; exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively; excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams; proficiency in project management tools and software to track progress and maintain documentation; a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every aspect of the project.
