Location: Broomfield, CO 80020

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: Day Shift 7 am to 3:30 pm

Mechanical Assembler with brazing/soldering skills Tasks & Duties
Assemble mechanical components and systems following detailed blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks with accuracy.
Conduct routine inspections of assembled equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeter and ohmmeters (electrical testing devices), identifying faults quickly and effectively.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend operational lifespan.
Document assembly procedures, inspection results, and maintenance activities thoroughly for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes, troubleshoot problems, and implement best practices.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout all tasks.
Experience with soldering and brazing braze alloy along seams of workpiece.
Experience working with heat (torch) applied to metal
Experience with installing refrigeration components
Experience operating hand tools and pneumatic tools in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to read, comprehend and follow blueprints
Must have mechanical/electrical skills to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and major components to manufacture air pressure equipment.
Must have computer experience will use an iPad for some of the assembly.
Must adhere to companys quality, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and practices

Mechanical Assembler with brazing/soldering skills Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Mechanical Assembler with brazing/soldering skills experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Possess a high level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and follow written instructions.
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Experience with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
Displays punctuality and consistent attendance.
