You will ensure compliance with contract specifications; respond to customer requests and complaints. You may also perform or assist with cleaning duties, as necessary.Job Duties include but are not limited to:Manage multiple sitesEstablishing and implementing operations standardsListen and address all customer requests, concerns, etc.Attend meetingsDevelop new revenue streams and sales opportunitiesWork closely with Sales TeamParticipate in walk through's and presentationsReview and minimize labor dollars and hoursReview monthly P & LManage multiple team membersVisit accounts on a regular basisCommunicate proactively with upper management on important issuesCommunicate and work closely with HR regarding recruitment and utilize for supportCommunicate with team members and identify who can be developedEnsure all team members are trained and understand how they fit in the companyJob Requirements As a District Manager, you must have a high sense of urgency as it is your responsibility to ensure that the customer is happy. Must be able and willing to be coached, learn on a regular basis as well as open to change and providing new and innovative ideas. We are also seeking someone with a flexible schedule that allows for both day and evening shifts.
