Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with clarity and genuine care.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with our carrier partners to resolve complex coverage questions and billing concerns.
• Review existing client portfolios to identify gaps in protection and suggest appropriate coverage adjustments.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly within our agency management system to maintain precise records.
• Participate in team discussions to share industry updates and brainstorm solutions for common client challenges.

Requirements

• Florida Property Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 4-40) preffered
• Three or more years of experience managing personal lines accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in Vertafore AMS 360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
• Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
• Deep understanding of policy coverage forms and underwriting guidelines is preferred.
• Experience with comparative rating software is preferred.

Training and assistance is available for entry level applicants.
