Positions Available

We are currently seeking:

• Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
• Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
• Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR)
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Hearing Aid Dispensers – On-Call

Pediatric Therapy Opportunities

Our SLPs, SLPAs, SLP-CFs, OTs, and COTAs primarily provide services to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children .

Services may include:

• Speech and language therapy
• Early intervention
• Communication development
• Feeding and swallowing support, as applicable
• Occupational therapy
• Fine motor and gross motor development
• Sensory processing support
• Activities of daily living
• Parent/caregiver education and coaching
• Developmental and functional skill development
• Individualized, family-centered intervention

Services may be provided in natural environments, homes, community settings, schools, and/or through telehealth when appropriate and permitted.

Hearing Healthcare Opportunities

Our Hearing Aid Dispensers provide hearing healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities may include:

• Hearing evaluations within scope of practice
• Hearing aid fittings and adjustments
• Hearing aid education
• Patient and family counseling
• Troubleshooting and follow-up support
• Ongoing hearing healthcare services

On-call opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license
• ASHA certification or appropriate clinical eligibility
• Experience with pediatric or early intervention populations preferred

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

• Current California SLPA registration/license as applicable
• Completion of required education and clinical requirements
• Pediatric experience preferred

Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)

• Completion of required graduate-level education in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible to begin a California CF experience
• Interest in pediatric and early intervention services preferred

Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy as required
• Current California OT license
• Pediatric/early intervention experience preferred

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Appropriate educational and certification requirements
• Current California COTA licensure/registration as applicable
• Pediatric experience preferred

Hearing Aid Dispenser

• Current California Hearing Aid Dispenser license
• Ability to provide hearing aid-related services within California scope of practice
• Pediatric and/or adult hearing healthcare experience preferred

We currently serve communities throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties , including areas such as:

Riverside • Corona • Norco • Eastvale • Jurupa Valley • Moreno Valley • Perris • Menifee • Murrieta • Temecula • Wildomar • San Jacinto • Hemet • Beaumont • Banning • Calimesa • Canyon Lake • Fontana • Ontario • Rancho Cucamonga • Chino

Additional service locations may be available based on client needs and clinician availability.
