Warehouse Specialist

Description We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and shipments running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize materials, prepare orders, support inventory accuracy, and help ensure medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies are handled safely and efficiently. CMS offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits to support our team members and their families. What you’ll do Receive, inspect, unload, label, store, and track incoming inventory. Pick, pack, document, and prepare outgoing shipments. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely. Support inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution. Stage equipment, parts, and materials for service, refurbishment, shipping, or storage. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, accurate, and safe. What we’re looking for High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through. Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse systems. Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification. Experience with medical equipment, technical products, ERP systems, or freight coordination is helpful. Why join us? Requirements Physical requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, and use required PPE throughout the workday.
