Job Title: PD RN Location: RWJUH Somerset Department: Radiology - RN's Req #: 0000246414 Status: Hourly Shift: Day Pay Range: $46.90 - $63.44 per hour The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Summary Radiology is searching for a dynamic RN with acute care experience to work in a fast-paced procedural area. Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care. Perform, adapt and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures. Administers medications accurately and safely. Documents according to policies and procedures, performs, demonstrates and documents technical skills specific to the nursing unit. Qualifications ASN or Nursing diploma required (If candidate possesses ASN or Nursing diploma, must agree to complete BSN within five years of hire date) BLS, ACLS, CPR certification required from the American Heart Association Critical care experience required Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license Experience with moderate sedation Able to take call Preferred: BSN preferred Certified Radiology or CCRN preferred Scheduling Requirements Per Diem Days with On Call requirements Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
