Receptionist The Oaks of Clearwater LLC - Clearwater, FL 33756 Job Shift: Swing The Oaks of Clearwater, a 15-story senior living community located on the intercoastal area of Clearwater Beach, is seeking for a dynamic and experienced front desk receptionist who can multi-task and provide excellent customer service. This is a part time or PRN front desk position for the weekends 2PM-8PM and to help provide coverage for co-workers. Apply, we have a committed team here and we would like you to join our team. Assisting residents, vendors, employees with all requests, if not redirect them who can help them Attend/complete any in-services/education training, as determined by Executive Director and their assistant. Must be able to be tactful when dealing with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility Greeting residents, visitors/guests, and vendors and reacting to any questions/concerns they may have and notifying management team. Communicate and tracking any residents leaving by 911 calls. Follow all safety rules Greeting residents staying in our guest rooms. Monitor the actions of our residents; elopement risks, unusual behavior to be reported to supervisor or Manager on Duty. Miscellaneous clerical assignments Qualifications: High School graduate or GED Prefer experienced in a receptionist or clerical position. Must be able to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility Must have good computer skills Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering calls Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently TJM Properties
