\n \nGarden State AGNC, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. You'll gain real-world experience assisting our client in delivering in-person promotions that help customers find products and services that fit their needs.
\n \nAs a Junior Marketing Trainee , you will be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop real-world business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Our team provides structured, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence in communication, relationship-building, and performance-based sales strategies. No prior experience is required.

- Increase brand visibility for our clients. \n
- Work face-to-face with our clients' customer base in a retail environment. \n
- Connect with customers and share promotional offers in a friendly, clear way. \n
- Represent our clients professionally. \n
- Meet and exceed sales goals. \n
- Stay motivated and contribute to a fun, goal-driven atmosphere. \n
Qualifications and What We're Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required). \n
- Upbeat, growth-minded attitude and an interest in marketing or sales. \n
- Dependable transportation to and from Piscataway-area locations. \n
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. \n
