This role sets the pace for the team, ensures adherence to SOPs, and drives performance and accuracy. The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards./ppWhat Youll Do:/pp Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting responsibilities per Jazz and client-specific SOPs/pp Ensure accurate put-away of products into reserve and drop zone locations/pp Oversee replenishment of active locations based on system-generated tasks/pp Manage kitting operations including re-labeling, re-working, and product assembly/pp Monitor and ensure timely processing of returns in accordance with client requirements/pp Arrive prior to shift start to prepare workload distribution/pp Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functions/pp Ensure adherence to scheduled break/lunch periods and time clock procedures/pp Support supervisor in achieving team productivity and goals/pp Enforce company policies, safety protocols, sanitation standards, and ethical guidelines/pp Foster a collaborative and productive team environment/ppWho You Are:/pp A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments/pp Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and guide teams/pp Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence/pp Comfortable with physical activity and hands-on supervision/pp A team player who values collaboration and accountability/ppWhat Youve Done:/pp Earned a high school diploma or equivalent/pp 2 + years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations/pp 1+ years of previous lead or supervisory role in a warehouse setting/pp Gained proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational SOPs/ppNice to Haves:/pp Bilingual (English/Spanish)/pp Experience with kitting or product rework operations/pp Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflows/ppPhysical Demands Working Conditions:/pp Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching/pp Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs/pp Ability to maintain focus and attention for extended periods/pp Willingness to work overtime as needed/pp Exposure to warehouse machinery and variable environmental conditions/ppCart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
