Site Manager: Commercial Cleaning

Clean Team is looking for a dedicated & reliable PM Site Manager in Mansfield/Lexington! Position Summary As the Site Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure our client's facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. You will directly manage a team of cleaners, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure operational efficiency. This is a full‑time, on‑site role critical to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to a team of cleaners to ensure high performance and morale. Manage and verify the completion of daily and nightly cleaning schedules and assigned tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory levels and order all necessary cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Monitor labor hours and operational costs to ensure all tasks are completed within the site's budget. Enforce compliance with company uniform and PPE policies. Serve as the primary on‑site contact for the client, professionally addressing requests and resolving issues. Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager. Oversee end‑of‑shift security procedures, ensuring the building is properly armed and secured.
