What You'll Do Content Producer Location: Marina del Rey, CA Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role We're looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Content Producer to join our team in Marina del Rey. In this role, you'll work closely with our founder and creative team to bring our brand to life through engaging content across all social platforms. If you love capturing behind-the-scenes moments, creating compelling short-form videos, staying ahead of social media trends, and turning everyday brand moments into content that connects with audiences, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Plan, produce, and manage visual and written content across all social media platforms. Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital channels. Capture behind-the-scenes content during office days, photoshoots, campaigns, events, and product launches. Coordinate + Produce authentic, high-performing UGC-style content that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic. Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing. Monitor content performance and use insights to optimize future creative direction. Ensure all content maintains a cohesive and elevated brand identity. Qualifications Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work full-time on-site in Marina del Rey. Proven experience in content production, including planning, filming, editing, and publishing content. Strong understanding of content strategy and social media management. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Excellent writing skills for social captions and brand storytelling. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable receiving feedback, implementing revisions, and maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude. We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Is confident filming with both an iPhone and professional camera equipment. Understands what performs well across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms. Has experience producing UGC-style content and branded social campaigns. Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling. Is highly creative, proactive, and consistently brings fresh content ideas to the table. Can work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Stays on top of social media trends and knows how to translate them into content that feels authentic to the brand.
