Surgical Instrument Reprocessing TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Surgical Instrument Reprocessing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reprocessing of surgical instruments and ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.Job SummaryThis position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM.LocationMultiple locations within the regionKey ResponsibilitiesReprocess surgical instruments in accordance with standardized procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a related specialty.Preferred certification: HSPA Certification.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Dress CodeScrub color: Dark Blue (provided by the facility).Holiday ExpectationsThe position requires working a minimum of two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
