Maintenance Assistant Details: Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm) Perform general labor and custodial tasks, including trash pickup, cleaning buildings, snow removal, and grounds maintenance Complete landscaping and lawn care duties such as mowing, fertilizing, trimming, seeding, and weeding Clean and maintain common areas, offices, sidewalks, parking lots, playgrounds, and community spaces Sweep, mop, wax floors; clean windows, furniture, appliances, and fixtures Assist with painting apartments under supervision Assist maintenance technicians with basic construction, repairs, and facility upkeep Maintenance Assistant Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a maintenance team Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
