Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Work side by side with our in-house therapy team

You'll work hand in hand with our in-house therapy team to help residents keep the strength and independence they've worked for.
What you'll doDeliver restorative nursing programs under the direction of the licensed nurse and therapy team
Lead active and passive range-of-motion exercises
Help residents walk safely and practice transfers and bed mobility
Apply, remove and care for splints and braces
Support restorative dining and self-feeding programs
Document each session and report progress or concerns to the nurse and therapists
Pitch in with resident care on the floor when needed
Active Montana CNA certification
6 months of CNA experience, ideally in long-term care
Restorative aide training preferred; we will train the right person
Current BLS preferred
Patience, encouragement and a team-first attitude
Able to pass a background check
