Position Details

• Jefferson County Locations: Arnold (63010), Festus (63028), Pevely (63070), St. Louis (63129)
• West St. Louis County Locations: Chesterfield (63017), Fenton (63026), Kirkwood (63122), St. Louis (63110)(63146)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

• Night Shift Differential, 7 nights/week 7p-7a: +$2.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential, Saturday 12a-Mon 12a: +$2.00/hour
