We are a locally owned, performance-driven express car wash company with six locations in Springfield, Missouri. Our focus is simple: consistency, accountability, and results .

• Full responsibility for daily site operations
• Coaching, developing, and leading high-performance teams
• Driving Wash Club sales and customer retention
• Labor scheduling, throughput, and operational execution
• Delivering best-in-class customer experience
• Running your site like a business—with real ownership

• 2+ years of car wash specific management experience (operations and direct sales preferred)

• Open availability, including weekends
• Willingness to relocate for a long-term growth opportunity
