LEASING CONSULTANT

Job description A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our property Enclave at Creedmoor in Creedmoor, TX. Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant;
- Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
- Validate application information and references.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
- Have knowledge on LIHTC leasing procedures and compliance.
- LIHTC, HUD, Sec8 experience, required
- Outgoing, proactive, ambitious
- Strong admin and organizational skills
- Strong customer service, communication skills and sales skills
- Interpersonal Skills, ability to multitask
- Marketing Knowledge
- Yardi experience
- File management experience and computer proficiency
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays with shift changes, required
- Valid driver's license, required
- Leasing experience, required
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required
- Up to $24-$26/Hr depending on experience.
