Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from approximately 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM
• Home health position covering Kenosha and Racine Counties in Wisconsin
• 6 patient visits/points per day caseload (evaluation visits count as 1.5 points, standard visits as 1 point)
• Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience required (SNF, home health, or acute care preferred, with home health experience most preferred)
• Treat adult patients in home health settings including geriatrics, post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, and CHF cases
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADL) and adaptive equipment therapy
• Required certifications: BLS, Wisconsin license
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy accepted
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and personal vehicle required
• Most patients located within 20-30 minutes travel time with occasional patients up to one hour away
• Participate in morning team huddle via phone daily
• Work with interdisciplinary RN and PT teams
• Use EPIC EMR system (preferred experience)
• Business casual dress code or scrubs of any color
• No weekend rotation, on-call, or holiday expectations
• First-time travelers accepted
• Orientation includes first day at Milwaukee office followed by preceptor training
