In this travel RN-Operating Room position, you'll partner with experienced teams to care for diverse patients, adapting to innovative workplace approaches and acquiring fresh perspectives on perioperative best practice. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and in good standing RN license
• Minimum of 1 year Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Adaptability to new clinical environments and protocols
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
• Monitor and record patient vitals and responses
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Uphold infection control and patient safety protocols
• Act as a resource and advocate for patient needs throughout their surgical experience
