Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical, cognitive, and functional abilities, including assessing ADLs and IADLs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients functional independence and quality of life.

Provide hands‑on therapy to one patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions, adaptive techniques, and training in the use of assistive devices.

Educate patients and their families on strategies for safe movement, injury prevention, and maximizing independence in daily activities.

Document patient progress and communicate with referring healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
