Doral Health & Wellness is expanding our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Program, and we're looking for passionate, compassionate, and creative Licensed Creative Arts Therapists (LCATs) to join our growing network of professionals!
Help children and youth develop emotional awareness, strengthen communication, build confidence, and express themselves through the healing power of creative arts therapy.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized creative arts therapy services to children and youth enrolled in our HCBS program.
- Use art, dance/movement, drama, and other appropriate creative therapeutic techniques to encourage emotional expression and personal growth.
- Support children with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and medically complex needs.
- Develop individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with each child's goals and treatment plan.
- Help children strengthen coping skills, communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
What We're Looking For
- New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, creative, and patient-centered approach.
