Summary: Design of mechanical systems in renovation and new construction projects for commercial, industrial, schools and public buildings.
Essential Functions:
- Production of Contract Documents.
Requires:
- Design experience.
- Three (3) years minimum related experience.
- Knowledge of respective building codes.
- Design for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems
- AutoCAD
- Revit
